Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Probing pocket depth Of 5mm or more. Clinical attachment loss (CAL) of 3mm or more in at least 30% site.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical history of systemic disease. Pregnancy or lactation. Previous periodontal treatment for the last 6 months . Smoking and alcoholics. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to the product used. Patients who are physically or mentally challenged.
