Intervention1: LOW LEVEL LASER THEARAPY: LOW LEVEL LASER THERAPY APPLICATION ON SELECTED SITES IN A PULSED MODE FOR 30 SECS TWICE WITH 60 SECS INTERVAL AND LEVELS OF C3c IN GCF WILL BE COMPARED AT BAS

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: More than 30 % of the sites with periodontitis PROBING POCKET DEPTH OF 5MM OR MORE AND CLINICAL ATTACHMENT LOSS OF 3MM OR MORE ACCORDING TO AAP classification 2017 Atleast 20 teeth should be present Systemically healthy individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any systemic conditions or debilitating diseases Smokers,alcoholics pregnant or lactating women A recent history or presence of any acute or chronic infections Patients who had undergone periodontal therapy in the last 6 months Patients who are paan tobacco betel nut users Patients who are physically or mentally challenged
