Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male Junior Basketball players Minimum one year basketball training with 3 session per week Age between 12 to 16 years Players who have interest to participate in training protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants involved in any type of plyometric training before Players with musculoskeletal injuries Players with history of any congenital deformities Player with any respiratory complications

To evaluate the effects of Plyometric training on Agility, Sprint, Explosive leg power, Bone Mineral Density (BMD) in Junior Basket ball players. To evaluate the impact of functional performance on applying plyometric training using Functional Movement Screen (FMS) tool. Timepoint: 8 WEEKS
