Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 Minimum Educational Qualification -Primary Education Patients posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy under GA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 or more than 50 years History of alcohol or drug abuse History of neuropsychiatric disorder Illiterate GCS <15

| To compare the cognitive functions after anaesthesia recovery from baseline values in both casesTimepoint: In PACU, 30 minutes after reversal from GA, patientâ??s cognitive function will be re-assessed by the investigator who is unaware of the anaesthetic group the patient belongs to. Then cognitive function will be assessed again twice at 1 hour interval, after 90 and 150 minutes after reversal. Baseline as well as Post anaesthesia scores of all six domains will be recorded at 3 different time points after recovery from general anaesthesia will be compared and analysed. | — |
