Intervention1: ERAS Protocol will be applied: preoperative Counseling and ERAS education. fasting to solids for
6 hours and liquids 2 hours, carbohydrate rich fluid will be given 2 hours before surge

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group 18 to 30 years. Asa Grade 1 and 2 patients primi undergoing elective lower segment cesarean section under spinal anaesthesia with gestational age > 37 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1Patients with gestational age less than 37 weeks. 2 Patients receiving general anaesthesia. 3 Patients with morbidly adherent placenta or active infections. 4 Patients with known PIH. 5 Patients with skin lesions at local site. 6 Patients with local anesthetic allergy.
