Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinically diagnosed patients of Fissure in ano and who have agreed to sign the informed consent for the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fissure in ano associated with 3rd, 4th degree or thrombosed pile mass. 2. Multiple Fissure in ano 3. Severe systemic illness like Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, etc. 4. Previous history of anal surgery. 5. Pregnant women 6. Malignancy
