Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients of piles of land 2nd degree position 2) Patients of ShushkaArsha having following signs and symptoms will be included in the study Gudkandu (Itching at anus) Toda (painful defaecation) Agnimandya (Loss of appetite) Trushna (Thirst) Aruchi (Anorexia) Aalasya (Somnolence) Nidra Viparayay (Insomnia) Angamarda (Bodyache) Anaemia Weakness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with HTN, pregnancy, HIV & HBsAg, CA rectum, Diabetic and metabolic disorders and 4th degree haemorrhoids
