Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate athlete involved in football, basketball, badminton and volley ball. Age group 18-28 Normal BMI value Working knowledge of English language Participants must have at least 2 years of playing experience Free of any medical issue or injuries that may have compromised there performance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any cardiovascular, respiratory, abdominal, urinary, gynecological, neurological, musculoskeletal, or other chronic diseases. Use of medications that could affect the musculoskeletal system. Any lower extremity surgery in past 1 year or musculoskeletal disorders that would prohibit the subject to participate in sports.
