Intervention1: Mantra Meditation: Participants would be asked to chant sanskrit syllables everyday 20 mins. 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins in the evening.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are diagnosed at Ist stage up to the third stage after surgery undergoing chemotherapy 2) Between 30 and 60 years of age 3) Consenting to participate in the study considering their beliefs will be included. 4) Functional ability as per ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) score 0 to 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients in 4th stage or with any kind of metastasis. 2) Any major Psychiatric, neurological illness, or autoimmune disorders, comorbid conditions which will be evaluated with the help of Psycho Oncology Assessment form and would be included in the record. 3) Patients who have any hearing disabilities 4) Patients who have any abnormality in fingers.
