Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either gender age group between 18-70 years requiring CVC Cannulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal or non cooperative patient Infection or haematoma at the cannulation site. Obesity(BMI of >30kg/sqare meter Thrombosed Vein Bleeding or Coagulation disorders Previous IJV cannulations Neck traumas and history of recent cervical trauma and neck immbolisations
