Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy Willing to participate and having Institutional delivery at DR. TMA PAI HOSPITAL UDUPI. Booked case

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple gestations, Anomalous baby, Single umbilical artery , placental anomaly, Inadequate visualization of the cord, Malpresentations
