Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Chronic low back pain due to SIJ Syndrome 2.Patients with chronic back pain not responding to conservative management and diagnostic MIPSI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refusal to give consent 2. allergy to drugs 3. pregnant patient
