Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All primi and multi gravida 13 to 37 weeks having symptoms of malavibandh.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Associated problems like piles, fistula, rectal prolapse 2.Any obstetric high-risk factor-like threatened abortion, low lying placenta, placenta previa 3.Pregnancy with short cervix, treated with cervical encirclage operation 4.Pregnancy with irritable uterus, threaten preterm contractions
