Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)The study will be delimited to the male subjects. 2) The study age ranging between 25-50. 3) The study will be delimited to the selected yogic practices.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) This Study will be excluded female subjects. 2) Those who are taking only one type of drug in the past are excluded from this study. 3) Those persons who are not mentally able to do yoga are excluded from this study.
