Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both the outpatients (Endocrine clinic) and inpatients (Medicine wards) with type 2 Diabetes mellitus diagnosis under treatment. All participants must be aged 18 years to 70 years. Able to understand and communicate in English language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women , Patients who are physically and mentally not stable, Refusal to participate in the study
