Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women visiting the Antenatal Care Unit who can understand and communicate in the English and Kannada languages and are willing to give consent for study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are not willing to give consent for the study participation, have comorbidities (HIV/AIDS, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, obesity), are physically and mentally unstable.
