Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 – 50 years patient willing participate and abide to study protocol Having presence at least 3 traditional risk factors of CVD 1 Elevated blood pressure – systolic > 130, diastolic > 85 2. Unhealthy cholesterol level 3. Obesity – BMI > 30 4. Elevated blood sugar 5. Physical inactivity 6. Positive family history of CVD 7. Alcohol consumption 8. Cigar smoking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 50 years Not willing to participate / not abide to study protocol Known case of CVD Known case of Diabetes mellitus Taking any medications for Hypertension / dyslipidemia
