Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Vataja Shirashula(Tension Type Headache)as mentioned in the criteria for selection of patients. 2)Patients of Vataja Shirashula(Tension Type Headahce)with chronicity of disease less than 1 year. 3)Patients who are willing to participate in the study. 4)Patients having symptoms of Vataja Shirashula(Tension Type Headache)without any systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who are suffering from other forms of headache such as Migraine, Cluster Headache etc 2)Patients of Vataja Shirashula(Tension Type Headache) with chronicity of disease more than 1 year. 3)Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. 4)Patients having other systemic diseases like Type 2 diabetes, Hypertension, IHD, CVD, Rheumatoid Arthritis etc
