Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group-18 to 25 years 2. both male and female 3. individuals who are willing to participate 4. Knee extension range of motion less than 160 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.unwillingness 2. pain 3. uncooperative patients 4. subjects with any past hamstring injury within last 2 years 5. lumbar and lower limb neurological compromise were excluded
