Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Health care professionals working for a minimum of 8-hour duty per day with minimum of 3 years of work experience. 2. Mask usage for minimum 6 hours per day. 3. Age 25 years - 40 years 4. Both the genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing COPD 2. Co-morbidities which may have influence on cognition, pulmonary function and cardiopulmonary endurance and uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension. 3. Regularly involved in any form of exercises more than 30 minutes for more than 3 days a week.
