Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All women undergoing cesarean delivery, Previous cesarean delivery with transverse suprapubic scar, Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous cesarean delivery not using Pfannenstiel method Clinical signs of infection at the time of cesarean delivery Uncontrolled DM (HBA1C >6%) H/o keloid H/o any allergy to suture materials Any disorder requiring chronic corticosteroids/ immunosuppressants Autoimmune disorder
