Inclusion criteria: 1. Emerging adults belonging to the age group of 18 to 25 years. 2. The individual is of Indian nationality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with physical disabilities. 2. Individuals with psychological illnesses.
