Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients admitted and ventilated in the polytrauma intensive care unit (ICU)will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preterm neonates, patients who have had a diagnosis of pneumonia before admission
