Major adverse kidney outcomes within 30 days (MAKE30)Timepoint: Day 30 or Earlier

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Individual components of the primary composite outcome (include in-hospital mortality or mortality by day 30, Requirement for Renal Replacement Therapy and Sustained loss of Kidney Function by day 30) 2. New-onset acute kidney injury (defined as AKI occurring after admission) 3. Worsening of AKI (defined as change in AKI stage occurring after admission) 4. Major Adverse Kidney Events within 90 days (MAKE90)(include in-hospital mortality or mortality by day 90, Requirement for Renal Replacement Therapy and Sustained loss of Kidney Function by day 90)Timepoint: Day 30, Day 90 or even earlier
