Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-75 years of age SBP >140 mmHg DBP >90mmHg Diagnosed case of T2DM HbA1c between 7% and 10% Patients on metformin and /or DPP4 inhibitors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy lactation T1DM Patients with heart failure ischemic stroke hemorrhagic stroke Traumatic brain injury malignancy patients on steroids immunosuppressants over a long time patients on exogenous insulin patients on mental and immune system disorders
