Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient is in good health (ASA classification I or II), moderate to severe pre-operative pain in any of teeth requiring endodontic treatment, PAI score is less than 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergic to any of medications and components of LA, patient has taken antibiotics or analgesics within 8 hours prior to treatment. Pregnant or lactating woomen.

Post operative endodontic pain measures on VAS scale.Timepoint: Post operative endodontic pain measures 6 hrs, 24 hrs upto 7 days.
