Inclusion criteria: ï?·Primary care givers of patients with neurological disorders ï?·Patients with neurological disorders who are able to cooperate and answer the survey questions. ï?·Patients above the age of 18years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant psychiatric illness and who can not follow commands
