Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are satisfying the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria for diagnosis of osteoarthritis knee. Radiological findings of Grade II and III Osteoarthritis of the knee joint, according to the Kellgren-Lawrence scale.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any malignancy. Drug Abuse Gouty Arthritis /inflammatory arthritis, Secondary Osteoarthritis Active knee infection. Patient Suffering from Anemia, Disorders of Bleeding Rheumatoid Arthritis Genu varum/valgum >5 degree Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus Ligamentous instability of knee (Tested by Clinical examination) Osteoarthritis of any other joint Patient in whom MRI is contraindicated.
