Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1,2,3 patients who undergo elective urologicalsurgeries under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: contraindications of spinal anaesthesia such as local infection raised intracranial tension coagulopathy valvular heart disease known allergies tp study drugs severe left systolic dysfunction ( <30%) pregnancy lactating mothers surgeries more than 3hours of duration
