Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi (sciatica). 2.Subjects fit for Basti karma and Swedana karma. 3.Subjects aged between 20 to 70 years of age of either sex. 4.Subjects willing for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects not fit for Basti karma and Swedana karma. 2.Subjects having any major systemic illness. 3.Subjects not willing for study. 4.Pregnant and lactating women.

1. Increased degree of activation for Straight Leg Raise Test. 2. Reduced Ruka (Pain). 3. Reduced Toda (Pricking Sensation). 4. Reduced Deha Vakrata (Abnormal Body Posture). 5. Reduced Suptata (Numbness). 6. Reduced stambha (Stiffness). 7. Reduced Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Scale.Timepoint: Day 30: At the time of followup.
