Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are clinically diagnosed with nonspecific low back pain. 2. Low back pain between the twelfth rib and the gluteal folds lasting atleast 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with specific cause for low back pain. 2. Any respiratory or cardiac disease. 3. Structural deformity. 4. Fatty liver. 5. History of spine surgeries or lower limb condition.
