Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having atleast 2 clinical sign and symptoms of Manyastambh (Cervical Spondylosis) with or without radiological changes i.e. Shoola (pain) Stambh (stiffness) Gaurav (Heaviness) Chimchimayan (Numbness) Sparshasahatva (Tenderness) 2. Patients above 21 years and below 70 years. 3. Patients of either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical vertebra fracture 2. Recent cervical, spinal, or shoulder surgery or implanted instrumentation or previous surgery for cervical spondylotic myelopathy. 3. Myofascial pain 4. Cervical rib syndrome 5. Cervical canal stenosis 6. Congenital torticollis 7. Patients suffering from any infectious disease (like tuberculosis), metabolic disease (like diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism), chronic diseases (like rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, ankylosing spondylitis). 8. Pregnant and lactating mothers. 9. Contraindication and allergy to any drug in Vatagajankush rasa and Mahamasha tail.
