Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-60 years 2.Self reported cases of IBS 3.Patients Volunteering 4.Both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients unwilling to take part or not giving consent to join the study 2.Diagnosed cases of systemic illness,Psycateric illness or other life threatening disease 3.Pregnency and lactation 4.Substance abuse or dependence
