Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1).Tikta Amlodgar (Bitter and sour belching) 2)Burning Sensation over chest region eyes and throat 3)Aruchi (Inability to recognize taste) 4) Age group - 18 years to 60 years 5) Gender - Irrespective of Gender, Race, Religion,Occupation Clinical history of patients will be taken in special prepared case sheet proforma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Hiatus hernia 2) Gastric ulcer 3) Diabete 4) Diabetes 5) IHD, chemotherapy and major operative Cholelithiasi procedures etc. 6)Gall bladder stone (Cholelithiasis) 7) Pregnancy
