Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1). 18-60 years of individuals. 2). Both genders. 3). Individuals with active or latent trigger points in gastrosoleus muscle with unilateral heel pain 4). Individual willing to participant in study and sign the Informed Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1). Individual with vascular conditions (varicose vein, claudication, etc). 2). Individual with recent traumatic history to lower limb. 3). Individual with history of acute ankle sprain. 4). Individual with neurological condition. (UMN/LMN lesion). 5). Individual with radiculopathies or neuropathies in lower limb. 6). Individual with sensory loss over lower limb. 7). Individual with any dermatological condition in lower limb. 8). Any anatomical abnormalities in lower limb. 9). Patient who is unable to understand and follow verbal commands.

MeasureTime frame
1). To assess heel pain intensity using Visual analogue scale (VAS) and ankle passive dorsiflexion range of motion using universal goniometer pre session. 2). Integrated Neuromuscular Inhibition Technique will be explained to participants and than technique will be performed. 3). To assess heel pain intensity using VAS and ankle passive dorsiflexion range of motion using universal goniometer post session. 4). To compared pre session and post session VAS and passive ROM ankle dorsiflexion values between interventional and control group.Timepoint: immediate effect
