Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female participants at reproductive age of (18-44) years Ovarian cyst of diameter 3-10cm in size, present on one side with a single locule and content should be clear BMI: participants with BMI (18.5-24.9) of normal range and overweight category (25- 29.9) included
