Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Participants satisfying diagnostic criteria. 2 Sciatica symptoms must be present for a minimum of 7 days before the screening visit. 3 Participants arha for yoga-vasti. 4 Participants willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. Participants with Known cases of malignancy. Participants with a congenital or deformity of the spine/Infectious pathology of the spine/Fracture of the lumbosacral spine/ Severe osteoporotic degeneration. Participants having radiating pain due to other urological and abdominal conditions. Surgical indications such as progressive neurological deficit. Any other condition that may jeopardize the study.

VAS scale for pain. SLR test. Subjective parameters for gridhrasi. Sciatica bothersomeness index. Sciatica frequency index.Timepoint: 0th, 9th, and 16th days.
