Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sandhi Shool (joint pain). 2. Sandhi Graha (restricted movements). 3. Gender- Male and Female. 4. Age-20 years-70 years. 5. Patients who will give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having spinal tumor, malignant diseases of pelvis, TB of vertebral bodies. 2. Any traumatic conditions of spine and hip. 3. Known case of Autoimmune diseases, Cardiac disease. 4. Recent lumbar surgery or implanted instrumentation or prostheses. 5. Pregnancy, lactation, epilepsy or any other serious illness. 6. Contraindications for Snehapan or Basti karma in the respective group. 7. Age 70 yrs.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To decrease pain, resrtricted movements and stifness of back pain in patients of triksa sandhigatavata.Timepoint: 8 days Final assessment on 15 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To decrease pain, restricted movements, difficulty in sitting for long time, difficulty during extention and flexion of spine, difficulty during walking, to study adverse effect if anyTimepoint: 8 days final assessment on 15 days
