Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18 to 69 years posted for clavicle surgery. Belonging American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status grade I and II. Patients posted for clavicule fracture surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to study drugs. Previous opioid therapy or narcotic abuse. Contraindication to regional anaesthesia. Having any pre-existing nerve injury. Failure of the given block.

First rescue analgesia requirement.Timepoint: First twenty four hour post-operative period.—

To compare the post-operative pain score using NRS scale. Time spent in post anesthesia care unit (PACU). To compare the total dose of rescue analgesia in mg.
