Intervention1: Blue M Oral Gel: Scaling and root planing followed by single time placement of 1mL of Blue M oral Gel.Follow up will be done after 6 weeks. Control Intervention1: Scaling root planing

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral periodontal pocket depth of 4mm-5mm. 2.Both sexes were included 3.An age group of 20-50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any known systemic conditions: Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid disorder, or any other conditions affecting periodontal status. 2.Periodontal therapy in past 1 year. 3.Patients with habit of smoking and tobacco chewing. 4.Pregnant and lactating mothers 5.Patients under antibiotic medication in the past three months.
