Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65years. 2. Survivors with primary stage III colorectal cancer. 3. Participants able to read and write English language. 4. Participants without any physical or mental disability 5. Participants willing to participate and give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants on tube feeds or TPN 2. Participants with impaired renal and liver profile
