Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex. Diagnosed patients with Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral head either unilateral or bilateral at any stage Patients indicated for Virechana Karma and Shamana Snehapana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient aged below 20 years and above 65years Pregnant and lactating women Patients with uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension Patients with complications of Metabolic syndrome like Cerebrovascular accident, Myocardial Infarction, and chronic kidney disease Patients contraindicated for Virechana Karma and Shamana Snehapana Patients suffering from HIV, TB other infectious diseases, malignancies, major psychiatric problems, or any other serious illnesses
