Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ï?? Participants who are pre-diagnosed with non- specific neck pain ï?? Aged between 18 to 40 years ï?? Males and females ï?? Non-specific neck pain without any underlying pathologies ï?? Pain rating 3-5 on VAS scale on activity. ï?? Pain less than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are not willing to participate in study ï?? Any recent surgical history around neck and Shoulder region. ï?? Any Autoimmune disease, systemic illness, rheumatic conditions, inflammatory joint disease, tumor, and unhealed fracture and any other spine pathologies) ï?? Any neurological condition. ï?? Psychologically unstable patients
