Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than or equal to 18 years. Presence of atleast one periodontal intrabony defect that must involve an anterior or premolar tooth or mesial surface of molar tooth. Defect must be associated with >5mm. No prior history of any surgical procedures on the site to be treated. Systemically healthy subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Tooth is periodontically hopeless (i.e. mobility >2 or furcation >2) Previous periodontal surgery within last 2 years in the area of interest. Pregnant and lactating women Habit of tobacco use (smoked and smokeless) Systemic conditions which are contraindication for periodontal surgery.
