Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged between 18 and 60 years of both sexes scheduled for lower limb surgeries 2. Patients belonging to ASA grade I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local anaesthetics and study drugs 2. Hypertension, Heart disease, Resting heart rate less than 60/min 3. Patients on coagulation therapy and h/o coagulation disorders 4. Patients not willing for the study 5. Contraindications to Regional Anaesthesia
