Exclusion criteria: a)Those who are on any regular medication like hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism etc. b) Not willing to participate in the study c) Those who are having ama lakshanas. d) Those who having addiction of tobacco and cigarette. e) Subject those who are unable to respond, non-cooperative and psychiatric illness.
