Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with documented ILD of any etiology will be recruited. Patients who are not enrolled in pulmonary rehabilitation prior to the study. Patients will be eligible to participate if they are ambulant and able to ride a stationery cycle ergometer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If patient is clinically unstable at the time of study. Patient with history of syncope on exertion. Presence of co-morbidities that can preclude exercise testing (for example, orthopedic or neurological disease).
