Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All gender older adults aged between 60-74 years, residents of Belagavi city and willing to participate Individuals clinically diagnosed with stratification syndrome. Rate of perceived exertion SCORE : BORG SCALE ( GRADE 6-20)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Participants with recent injuries. • Diagnosed cases with uncontrolled high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, glaucoma, retinal conditions, or vertigo, asthma • Patients with : Grade 3 Osteoarthritis ,Frozen shoulder, Sciatica, Hernia, Epilepsy, wounds/ ulcers • Obese participants with BMI > 22.9 kg/m2 by using ASIAN SCALE • Inability to comprehend commands • Severe cognitive defect like dementia or serious mental illness. • Undergone major surgery in the past year, or planned in the next 6 months.
