Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University level players aged 17 to 30 years having at least 1 year of playing experience. Involved in sport-specific training on at least 2 days per week for 6 months. No foot deformity present. Have not been injured in the lower limbs in the 6 months prior to the study. Normal BMI range â?? 18.5 â?? 24.9. Working knowledge of English language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any pain or musculoskeletal complaint in the lower limbs that could interfere with the results of the study. Prior intervention/training of intrinsic foot muscles in the last 3 months. Prior intervention/training on whole body vibration apparatus in the last 3 months. Any lower extremity surgery in the past 1 year.
