Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I and II Chronic pain of Trigeminal Neuralgia (T1,T2,T3) for atleast 3 months VAS score >5 without satisfactory pain relief from standard treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate History of previous local anaesthetic infilteration Metastasis Fever Diabetes Bleeding disorder/ on antiplatelet or anticoagulants drugs Viral marker positive patients Pregnant and lactating women
